Multi Family Sales and P.M.

• Reporting to the CEO responsible for all aspects of a companies operations• Project-to-project profitability (cost-to-completes)• Project-to-project budget conformance • Project-to-project schedule conformance • Superintendent/Labor Assignments – Oversees daily placement of supervision and field labor• Preconstruction – Insures Project Managers plan each job for success• Job Closure – Insures Project Managers close each job on time• Quality Assurance – Evaluates, Trains, Demands; Implements corrective actions as necessary• Customer Service and Satisfaction – Specific and particular across a vast client base• Safety program – Implements customer and company standards• subcontractor/Vender relations• Develop and improve personnel resources: Project Managers, Superintendents, Field Labor• Participation in hiring and termination, performance reviews, disciplinary write-ups• Training – Creates mentorship environment; culture of growth• Bids/Proposals – Oversee take-offs, accuracy of scopes, budgeted costs, strategic pricing, bid deadlines• Company Processes – Insures Project Managers/Superintendents are adhering to policies/procedures for:

General Manager San Diego Division, Executive Plumbing • Responsible for 15 million dollars worth of work. • Acquiring the annual sales goal.• Staffing accordingly to perform work duties.• Accountable for budget, both direct and indirect.
