Analyze client requirements and get a clear understanding of the requirement.-Posting opening to various Job Portals like Dice, Monster.-Sourcing resumes through internet job boards, existing database of candidates, subcontractors, job postings and networking.-Screening the candidates through phone and conducting technical interviews to ensure they meet the required skill set andperformed reference checks.-Negotiated rates with the candidates.-Have successfully set up interviews and placements with major clients for our consultants.• Maintaining a good rapport with vendors and candidates placed so as to procure Out of the Bag candidates for various IT opportunities. Helping placed candidates in acquiring new projects on completion of their current project and also helping Vendors place bench consultants.• Understanding and analyzing technical requirements and providing the best resumes for our clients ensuring that the positions are closed before other vendors.• Having to work on all sorts of Niche requirements without any supervision.• Involved not only in sourcing, submitting, and coordinating interview process but also involved with documentation after the selection process.
