Looked after my kids while maintaining Medibank Private Voice Network Remotley.Being Mr Mom is not much different than working in a Corporate enviroment.

 Provide 1st to 3rd level support remotely, on-site and installation for Nortel Meridian PABX, Nortel Communication Server and BCM Key Stations. Provide 1st to 2nd level support onsite and remotely for Ericsson, Fujitsu PABX’s and associated devices. Provided MAC’s and maintance as an onsite engineer for Sydney University an Ericsson MD110 network.

 Provide 1st to 2rd level support remotely and on-site for Nortel Meridian PABX, Nortel Communication Server and associated devices. Upgrade, install and maintain various Nortel Products: OTM, Call Pilot, Symposium and Miran.

 Provide 1st to 2rd level support remotely and on-site for Nortel Meridian PABX and Nortel Communication Server. Worked collaboratively in a high tech team environment as well as independently with no supervision.

 Undertake a range of complex end-to-end installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance functions associated with the range of complex PABX, telecommunications products and services. Provide 1st to 3rd level support for PABX, network faults and associated applications (IVR, ACD/MIS, SMDR etc)

 Provide maintenance and support for the London Underground MD110 PABX Network and associated devices. Such as DNA, DECT and Raid (TDMoIP) Developing and updating the current Voice Network Diagram of London Underground.

 Projects manage, maintain and implement of PABX’s & associated products, such as war diallers, ACD/MIS and the voice activated directory. Generating line utilisation reports, make recommendation on reduction or addition of services. Maintain and recommend development work for various products such as call logging and V.A.D.
