As a physician assistant – meaningful relationships with people, communication, and life-long pursuit of knowledge are at the center of what drives me every day. I received my bachelor’s of health sciences at the University of Arizona where I studied mechanisms of human age-associated disease and presented findings via the Undergraduate Biology Research Program (UBRP) and UBRP annual conference. I completed my Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at High Point University, where I demonstrated leadership and fine-tuned my public speaking skills as class president, Graduate Student Government Association Representative, and Dean’s Advisory Committee Member. Alongside my required clinical experiences, I found a passion for Oncology with multiple Oncology clinical rotations and the chance to experience a wide variety of subspecialties including Thoracic, Gastrointestinal, Hematology, Radiation, Breast, Urogenital, and Surgical branches of Oncology. My love for developing life-long relationships and priority on continuity of care lead me to a great team at Parkside Family Medicine. I am passionately committed to life-long education and the advancement of scientific literature for the benefit of patients, health care professionals, and the community around me!
