This January 35 years ago I started in the motor trade. I have worked in various positions in dealerships and parts depts.My passion is to drive a business and give customers a high level of service.I have dealt with large customer numbers while maintaining high standards of customer care.I have been awarded master service advisor Certs from both Ford and Hyundai.I was also in parts departments in different dealerships also.I work well with other members of staff and work well under pressure and alway see that jobs are completed on time .I have always come up with new ideas which have improved business for the companies which I have worked for.
