As National Director of Residential for Bayleys Real Estate, Johnny Sinclair is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth across Bayleys’ 93 offices in New Zealand and Fiji.With over 800 residential salespeople across the Bayleys network, Johnny leads a vast team of experts in residential property sales, apartment sales, waterfront property sales, lifestyle property sales and project and development sales and marketing.He has in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals underpinning the New Zealand property market and is passionate about helping his team reach their goal of maximising the value of their clients’ assets.Johnny understands that real estate is a people business, he is passionate about delivering excellent client service and is an avid believer in Bayleys’ ‘Altogether Better’ philosophy. A key part of his role is increasing communication and connectivity between Bayleys salespeople and offices.As a key member of Bayleys’ Executive team, Johnny works closely with leaders across Bayleys’ commercial and rural divisions to provide consistent strategic direction across all asset classes.Similarly, Johnny is connected with leaders across Bayleys’ global affiliate business Knight Frank, particularly in Australia, the U.K. and Singapore creating opportunities for Bayleys’ clients looking for international buyers or expatriates looking to return home.In his 20 years at Bayleys, Johnny has fostered strong relationships within the Bayleys network and with key industry professionals. He’s previously been Director of Residential for Bayleys’ Auckland and Wellington regions, and he’s also spearheaded Bayleys’ innovative national marketing division that creates the strategies, tools and resources for sales consultants to use when marketing their clients’ properties.
