Collect the information of target companies, carry out analysis according to the requirements of the client, and have a good understanding of the job description; Search for qualified candidates according to the JD and work out talent sourcing proposal if necessary; Work independently to deal with the selection of potential candidates, provide the client with CV and briefing; Keep communication with candidates, e.g., interview arrangement, feedback follow up, reference check etc. Follow up the performance and career development after candidate onboard. Ensure the quality of the service; Market research including the Candidates Mapping, Competitor Organizational Structure, and Industry Dynamics etc.

Understanding client’s demand, analyze and draw out the portrait of suitable candidates; Use various search methods that include recruiting call, cold call, networking, internet sourcing to research and recruit candidates to meet clients’ requirement; Build talent pool, map out the organizational structure of target companies; Conduct candidate interviews with team leader.
