Produce and provide product training for staff for every flower field change as well as for major events.• Cash Operations Manager: Oversee daily ticketing operations such as vault opening, issuing of operations float with a total of $40,000 daily and banking in daily sales collection of amount as much as $50,000 to $180,000 per day; liaising with Banks on weekly exchange; collation of daily sales Summary to Finance Department with report of daily sales and turnstile report; lead a team of cashiers to provide customer service and handle daily ticketing operational issues and complaints; work with Sales and Marketing department for promotions and Communications department for ticket and signage designs.Major achievements: • Pioneer team at GB to set-up the ticketing POS system and established the Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) for the ticketing team.• Handled the procuring of the POS system, ticket vendors and other necessary equipment required for the daily operations at the Gardens.• Established the SOP for admission control.• Trained new staff on technical support and customer service.
