We have embraced Omni-channel and specialize in multi-lingual, premium level Customer Experience solutions.As the Vice President of ICT, My Responsibility includes to act as the de-factor head of the group’s ICT: • This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer (mainly involved in business development in Sri Lanka) and supervises the organization’s information systems staff.• To lead the organization in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations and achieve more cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations. • Responsible in delivering an integrated, holistic approach to data center architecture and design across multiple sites throughout all sites.• To contribute to general business planning regarding technology and systems and recognizes new developments in information systems technologies, anticipates organizational modifications.• To establish long-term needs for information systems and plans strategy for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet application needs in terms of business requirements.• To ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information and intellectual property.• Manage external regulatory requirements/compliance and policy (SCP, ISO 27001) and their application to the IT area.• Vendor and Contract management• Costing Reviews• Identified Department’s KRA & define KPI to measures our achievements toward defined goals , • Budget Planning & Management of CAPEX & OPEX

Work Description:As Regional IT Infra Head (SEA) & ROHQ, My Responsibility overseeing IT Infrastructure in various shore offices & Cruise Fleet to ensure agreed SLAs are met to internal & external stakeholders, cultivate Service Oriented Mindset among team members: • Reports to SVP - IT• Manage an IT team consist of 2 Senior Managers, 1 Manager, 1 Asst Manager, 4 System Administrators, 4 Network Engineers & a Team Helpdesk Engineers. • Work closely with other parties to develop, implement and manage Group-IT strategy, standards, policies and procedures, and expected SLAs.• Work with the respective IT teams (regional and shipboard) to ensure continuity of mission-critical applications and infrastructure.• Plan, Develop and implement a service delivery framework and SLAs with close alignment to Group-IT to create a service-centric culture among the technical and development team.• Develop services that can evolve into a profit center that includes: managed IT services, turn-key remote access and back-up solutions for clients.• Plan and manage annual IT-Budget according to profit, cost and SLA objectives.• Oversee support to Project Management & Operations involving all infrastructure projects within the Star Cruises’ group of companies.• Develop & Ensure high availability, resiliency and performance in the Data Centre & Contact Centre infrastructure services/carriers network for all in/out bound traffics from/to various locations in Asia.• Assess, plan and recommend solutions to enforce Preventive Detection, Security & Compliance Management.• Manage allocation and organization of project resources based on project requirements, priorities and resources at all stage of the project cycle. • Design and implement compliance program. Review and update IT procedures, processes and QA to ensure security (clients and company) and bring into compliance with major IT QA & Security standards (ISO, SOX, ISACA).
