Johnny Tran is currently a graduate student at New York University. His current work is focused on specializing in real estate asset management across several asset classes, including industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. A recent graduate from the University of California, Riverside, Johnny obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before finding his passion within the real estate industry.As a graduate student, Johnny is on the accelerated MSRE Asset Management track with a focus on high-quality assignments, excellent classroom participation, a solid network of relationships, and multiple real estate activities outside of the classroom.In addition to his academic accomplishments, Johnny interned for a real estate private equity firm and a large institutional asset management firm, where he learned about different aspects of real estate: value-add/ground-up investments and institutional allocation. Johnny remains highly motivated and eager to learn more about the real estate industry and is open to networking as he begins his professional career.
