A passion of mine has always been to help others, one of my early memories was telling my mum that my aim in life was to save someone else's.My career path did not start along these lines as my early career was customer service based where my aim was to ensure that visitors had a wonderful experience and my want and will to help others only increased. During my time in customer service, I also became a First Aider and started to develop experiences helping with incidents that occurred. Through several years in that post my desires started to aim towards wanting to become a trainer specifically in the Health and Safety/First Aid industry and I started to work towards this by completing my First Aid at Work and Education and Training.My thought with this development was that through other people I may help to teach others to save lives through First Aid in particular. Here I am now as a full time Trainer in First Aid and Health and Safety delivering something I love and that I feel will benefit others in their personal and work lives.From working in Customer Service for almost 13 years to now delivering a subject I love. I have now been delivering for over three years and recently became the Quality Manager for the company. It really pays on all levels to do a job you have passion for and love to do as it makes it worthwhile waking up for every morning.

Casual Events StaffNational Railway Museum Dec 2012 - Dec 2014I provided casual event support to 2 national museums in the conference and events department. This included the running of events on the day dealing with up to 800 clients from conferences and Christmas parties to weddings and regional award ceremonies. I was involved with customer service, overseeing food service and fire warden duties. This was a varied role which allowed me to experience other venues, and further develop my customer service, teamwork and leadership skills.
