Currently, managing and producing a 3-week virtual instructor certification program to instructional technologists at domestic nuclear utilities and plants. I also partner with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to plan and deliver an intensive 3-week Reactor Technology Course for Utility Executives that is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of the principles of reactor technology as they relate to the management and operation of commercial nuclear electric generating stations. Additionally, I manage a Nuclear Training Leaders Course for new industry leaders in the areas of operations, maintenance, and technical training and a Regulatory Exam Authoring Training Program. Other responsibilities include the management and oversight of the Nuclear Uniform Curriculum Program that provides educational partnerships between two-year colleges and nuclear utility organizations in support of students who may pursue a career in the nuclear industry. I'm also a qualified knowledge transfer agent managing an efficient and effective process for identifying knowledge and skill risks within my work team and developing skill development plans and scorecards to maintain needed knowledge and bench strength.
