I also partner with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to plan and deliver an intensive 3-week Reactor Technology Course for Utility Executives that is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of the principles of reactor technology as they relate to the management and operation of commercial nuclear electric generating stations. Additionally, I manage a Nuclear Training Leaders Course for new industry leaders in the areas of operations, maintenance, and technical training and a Regulatory Exam Authoring Training Program. Other responsibilities include the management and oversight of the Nuclear Uniform Curriculum Program that provides educational partnerships between two-year colleges and nuclear utility organizations in support of students who may pursue a career in the nuclear industry.
