☛ StartupTeam- Encorphin 安可啡, responsible for needs finding, product development, market analysis, business model, business plan and demo pitch.Leadership and Product development:• Founded and led Encorphin Healthcare, a startup focused on healthcare education, clinical-based hospital information system (HIS), shared decision making (SDM), obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) solution and medical virtual reality (VR)• Led a team of physicians, financial managers, software engineers, pharmacists and UI/UX designers to developed SDM-based iOS APP called AIQ, which was used to higher the physician efficiency, profits and less negligence in thoracic medicine and orthopaedics• Pitched to investors and industry experts to won Silver medal award and earned $1,530,000 fund in the national startup competition• Developed a Healthcare IOT platform which using chatbot, smart mattress and wearable device during leading startup team “Slzzp”,which focused on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) solution.• Responsible for needs identification, product development, data collection, problem-solving, market analysis, strategy planning andinvestor demo pitchKOL approaching:• Collaborated with Dr Bai , dean of Wanfang Hospital at chest medicine and Dr Han dean of Jianwei clinic at orthopaedics during AIQ project• Collaborated with Prof. Lee in NTUT and Prof. Dr Liu at TMU and ShuangHe Hospital during Slzzp project
