I am one of the founders and partners of Chesapeake Search Partners, along with Rick Fribush and John Geraghty. I have spent my entire professional career in the search and consulting industry, striving to provide a high-touch, collaborative experience to both clients and candidates. Throughout my career, I have led recruiting engagements across various functions and industries many of which CSP represents today. At the start of 2024, I was named Managing Partner of Chesapeake Search Partners. I spend my time partnering with colleagues on searches across all disciplines, as well as helping to grow our HR solutions platform. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, I served as the Practice Director for the Real Estate & Financial Services practice.I was born and raised in Baltimore, MD, attending St. Paul's School before going on to play college lacrosse at Lynchburg College, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communication.
