Storytelling is my passion. Excellence is my aim. I’ve been local to Los Angeles for the past decade, studying Creative Writing and Religion at the University of Southern California, where I developed a strong ethos for the purpose of story. I’ve served at Disney as an assistant for multiple creative television executives, handling busy day-to-day desks and maintaining strong lines of communication during a busy production season. At tech startup, ROKiT, I was able to strengthen both my creative and leadership skills in their recently established gaming department. Initially, a funding and publishing endeavor, I worked my way up from a part-time assistant to overseeing the entire division while preparing our first title for launch. Where’s Samantha? is a 2.5D puzzle-platformer from Bulgaria-based indie studio Respect Studios. I assisted with writing the story for the game, directing the VO (comedian Rufus Hound), overseeing the publishing of the game across all available platforms and managing the QA and localization efforts. To date, the game has over 1 million downloads worldwide! While Head of ROKiT Games, I also built a virtual studio consisting of over 30 talented and humble individuals from around the globe, including India, Madagascar, Brazil, Peru, and Mexico. This amazing team included 2D artists, 3D modelers, 3D animators, Unity and UE5 programmers, social media managers, and web developers. Under me, this team handled ROKiT’s video game production for various mobile and console-based projects. We also assisted in different animation projects that ROKiT was spearheading. After a shift in company direction, I deemed it appropriate to continue my journey into the great void of life and seek out storytelling opportunities of various natures. Whether it’s being a piece of a larger team, or overseeing various personnel and projects, I am excited to work with creative, humble, and diverse individuals.
