• Supervised and managed the content on the Foundation Website at www.mff.org, working with the VP of I.T., a database manager and a graphic designer to create rich content systems and constantly examine and improve the user experience.• Redesigned Foundation Website several times, improving each iteration based on what we had learned.• Led the creation of separate Websites for the Milken Archive of American Jewish Music, the Lowell Milken Center and the Lowell Milken Family Foundation.• Managing editor and principal author of biannual magazine, Connections, distributed to more than 2,000 award-winning educators and education leaders nationwide.• Created databases for media contacts and media clips from scratch. I created these databases in the late '90s and they are still being used.• Wrote paragraph-long bios of hundreds of award-winning educators.• Initiated and managed the Foundation's social media accounts on Twitter and Facebook• Recorded voiceover narration for videos shown at conferences with thousands of people in the audience. Even after leaving the Foundation, I was asked to come back and record voiceovers on a freelance basis.
