Over a decade of experience in leadership positions with significant experience managing distributed and remote teams.2) I can speak business and techie. Versatile and adaptable with more than 15 years working in all facets of technology with businesses partners develop architectures and strategies resulting in implementation of numerous solutions within many industries including financial, manufacturing, distribution, and government. Most recently over 10 years focused on Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Operational, and Compliance Risk. 3) Self-starter with extensive experience managing complex deliverables across multiple high visibility projects simultaneously in both individual and team environments and familiar with waterfall and agile methodologies.4) I believe in using industry standards where possible with experience applying industry frameworks, methodologies and standards including ITL, BPMN, TOGAF, BIAN, and BA Guild. 5) Currently focused (2021) on catching up with certifications. I quickly realized I enjoyed technology equally as much. I have continued developing long lasting relationships as a mentor to many colleagues over the years and always looking for new mentors to help my growth. Through these connections I have grown my active listening skills fulfilling my desires to learn and give back things that I have learned.7) I am an endurance sports nut. I have completed 9 full Ironman and countless shorter distance races. I am training for Ultraman Arizona in 2022 and a few Ironman races along the way. Training and competing has given me an opportunity to develop several key skills including patience, time management, critical thinking & problem resolution, but most of all working hard earns results. Feeding my triathlon passion and desire to give back I have served as the president for a local nonprofit leading to developing a professional endurance coaching service mentoring and coaching other professionals actively managing full-time careers with ultra-distance endurance racing.
