Johnny Vong serves as the Principal of Blackfish Capital, a privately held and family owned real estate investment company. He sets the overall direction of the company. Specifically, he works on strategic growth, acquisition, and philanthropy. Johnny has been investing in real estate for more than 15 years. For the past eight years, he has focused on ground up new construction projects, including multifamily, condominiums, townhouses, multifamily and commercial properties in Washington and Alaska. He has developed complex commercial shopping centers, as well as single tenant buildings for national brands such as Starbucks, DutchBros Coffee, and Burger King.Before real estate development, he worked as a Management Consultant at IBM and PwC, where he focused on financial modeling and technology.
