Johnny has over 30 years experience of initiating, developing, managing and supporting organisations, projects and programmes in the co-operative, voluntary and public sectors. In addition, he is a highly experienced public health programme manager specialising in food access and fuel access.His approach to enterprise coaching and mentoring is to support the client to find their own solutions offering support where needed. He uses participatory approaches to workshop facilitation and project and programme development in community and organisational settings. He puts a high value on building capacity for self-organisation within teams and groups.
