I created all of the training content for ITIL users, approver users, and customers utilizing the system from simple navigation to citizen development. I trained over 350 people in our organization on this content. I am leading a system wide decommissioning project which led to collaboration with every team who used ServiceNow for Legacy Seagen employees after the Pfizer acquisition. Pin-pointed key data and met with leadership to determine best practices as well as what we learned from standing up ServiceNow at Seattle Genetics to incorporate it into Pfizers newly purchased ITSM and ITOM solutions. This included the successful use of our CMDB and discovery to identify on prem and off prem devices, software, and servers. Service Portal stand up and management, performance analytics, narrow AI & generative AI, in depth workflows, developed widgets, and reuseable content to ramp up support for over a 100,000 employees at Pfizer.

Currently working as a sys admin on the ITSM team for Seattle Genetics. Being a system admin means form creation, service catalog management, user/group/role maintenance, workflow modification/creation, environment migration/cloning, weekly upgrades, and system upgrades. As well as being the representative for my team at Change Committee Board meetings.

I trained the commercial sales team, identified new training needs, designed processes, controlled asset break fixes, lead commercial projects, integrated with sales team and IT team, and managed asset life-cycle. I helped successfully plan a training event of over 250 new drug account managers. Engaged and partnered with over 10 different key pivotal teams for the successful sale of Seattle Genetics Antibody-Drug-Conjugates.

In a consultative environment I helped many types of small businesses evaluate and identify their need for marketing and social media support. I provided custom tailored solutions to each businesses needs. I followed up with clients to re-evaluate the effectiveness of their strategy, and provided further recommendations as an upsell.

Communications Manager in charge of facilitating/bridging calls between Microsoft CRM and the customer to conclusion of outage. I formulated responses to our shareholders and clients to announce outages, and communicate root cause details, as well as looked into past outages and root causes to find patterns leading to a better customer experience.

Responsible for defining and delivering improvements to the new Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) Small and Light program. I coached sellers on complete cycle from inbound to outbound, and tracked, recorded, and analyzed their sales/shipments and offered upsell solutions. I helped increase inbound compliancy percentages from 30% to 75% in failing categories.

As a Project Specialist I maintained and implemented multiple projects. I lead the planning and executing of nomadic training programs across all Providence regions, as well as maintaining procedures for expense reimbursements and corporate card procurement. I planned special projects for the Epic Training Logistics Team such as new training facility prospects, complete audio, desktop and clinical tech removal and additions.

As a Project Coordinator I took on many major projects. I planned and executed nomadic training programs at over 50 clinics and hospitals in Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, and Alaska with many overlapping eachother. As well as development in creating and maintaining procedures with Accounts Receivable, and how to correctly code purchases within our system for Accounts Payable

During my time as an Training Assistant my duties consisted mostly of setting up and maintaining 4 dozen classrooms at 4 Providence hospitals in WA and OR. Included duties consisted of ordering training documents, equipment refreshes/stockroom management, and troubleshooting classroom desktop/laptop & room audio problems.

As an assistant manager I created schedules for my sales team, held weekly and daily sales meetings. Cooperatively met with managers at other locations and designed sales ideas for upcoming months. One such sale was our food drive where I took my sales team on outreach and went door to door collecting food for the homeless while mentioning our current membership sale. Another such very successful event I designed and managed was being onsite at 12 different retail/supplement/diner outlets for my team and the other sites teams to connect with walk-ups and book appointments for a tour of the gym and two free day passes to try the gym.

At this position I would help guide people to jewelry that they might like. Affirmed with clients if it looked nice, and informed of current sales. I also took the time with each sale to remind of our lifetime jewelry plan at an extra cost.
