I contribute and value honest dialogue and good energy within the team. During a period without a Scrum Master after a year in PFA, I proactively took on the role of coordinator and was chosen as Scrum Master while still being the tester to ensure quality assurance. My testing tasks focused on risk-based testing, test planning and test design, ensuring acceptance criteria were met by test cases, test execution and regression testing. I managed to maintain an overview to ensure that test coverage was consistently at 100%.
