Leads security at 5 1/2 acre museum campus, oversees access control and closed circuit television systems, and internal security and safety programs. Develops and implements security and safety policies and procedures, including emergency evacuation plans, safety manuals, and disaster preparedness plans for 65 employees and 180,000 visitors annually. Conducts regular inspections and surveys to identify security, alarm, fire protection, and other safety issues and takes appropriate action to correct the issues. Assists the VP of Operations in developing/managing the protective services budget.

Provided executive management and leadership to 220 Air Force police and security personnel who executed law enforcement and security for 10K base personnel and resources valued at $2.2B. Supervised Logistics Branch, criminal investigations, and budget operations. Directed 225 personnel and managed training for 971 Military Working Dogs (MWD) and 500 security forces students at Department of Defense (DoD) MWD Training Center--450 dogs certified to detect explosives and illegal drugs--vital to US national security. Guided administration, training, logistics, operations, and $40 million in resources and $6 million in annual DoD budget.
