We launched an Express Building before express service was fashionable, we opened all day Saturday service. If a training program to grow our own techs and pay for training it helped insure our long term employment of techs.

We launched a price match program with bodyshops on aftermarket parts which made their bodymen very happy. This program allowed us to not only get more orders but also allowed us to market to the owners of the cars.
