In my current role, I handle the financial responsibilites related to business planning for short and long term goals and strategies. I oversee the restructure of the ownership groups current companies and obligations. My role also includes serving as the financial advisor and operations manager for the ownership group that has been involved in multiple.

As a General Manager for Lexus of Glendale, I oversaw a multi-million dollar operation that consisted of managing a team of 140+ employees and a top producing auto dealership in a highly competitive Los Angels market. I was responsible for directing all company goals and objectives including the company vision, straegic planning, employee training as well.

My responsibilities included CO-GM a very large store with multiple locations. with over 300 plus employees our dealership became one of the top Honda dealerships in the country. We where able to get this done with constant communication with all employees about goals and targets. This ranged from Sales, customer retention, employee satisfaction, customer.

My responsibilities where to oversee the Parts, Service, Bodyshop, Off Site PDI Center and our Express Department. Our departments where one of the top in the nation in all areas including quickest inventory turn in parts, lowest work in process, largest wholesale parts department with the highest gross, service retention, lowest receivables in both parts.

At the request of owner returned back to Lute Riley Honda to take over as parts manager to get our processes and profit back in order after a few manager changes. Myself along with the team where able to get us back on top in all areas. Just like i have done in the past just make sure everyone knows what we must get done and keep them in the loop at all.

Same Owner as Lute Riley Honda. We opened a new point in the area. Within 6 months our growth in parts and service was better than expected. After launching many programs in the fixed side of things our sales department was nto doing so well and in June of 86 we closed the store. I took over the fixed side of the business to close down as well as helped.

My First Real Manager Job. We quickly grew to be the number one wholesale parts department in the area with one of the top service departments. I not only did all the ordering but also managed the inventory turn, sales, gross profit and profitability. our department was the leanest of all honda stores with the highest gross and profit.

As the 6th employee i not only put together the parts bins and layout of the parts department i helped with the initital stock orders and matrix pricing. With being a new Honda store we had to make all the cold calling to get bodyshops to give us a try at buying parts from us. We offered not only the right part the first time but offered the fastest.

Parts stocker / warehouseman and also handled all the trash duties and clean up for the parts department. My first real job. Worked part time after school.
