Key sales & marketing role in business development for European and North American market, fully accountable for exploring new business opportunities, winning project tender, finalizing business deals, setting up sales plan & pricing strategy, collecting industry trends from market in order to deliver technically competitive and up-to-date products/solutions, coordinating and managing the project across multiple departments, maintaining customer satisfaction at distribution channel.Proven sales capability and skill, highly target driven. Outstanding performance especially on fiscal business expansion, successfully entered Moldova, Romania, Albania, Bosnia, Slovakia, Greece, Poland, Cyprus, Italy and Bulgaria.Also played a very significant role of product development, as a product manager I led and inspired R&D team to develop ARMPOS and Touch Scale series which turned out to become the new strategic business of the company.

Key leadership role in the mobile phone ODM project, where I was directly accountable for the communication with the world-class telecom operators. Personally I was responsible for Orange and T-Mobile accounts, deeply evolved in each ODM project. Externally to customers, I take lead of activities including submitting proposal, making presentation, negotiating business deal, project planning, and strengthen relationship. Internally I act as project manager to coordinate all the work stream across multiple departments (R&D, QA, testing, sourcing, production, logistics…) ensuring project runs smoothly with customer’s demands properly followed, and to identify the project risks, then accordingly take actions to achieve timely completion of the project as well as to achieve top level customer satisfaction.

Member of North America support team at HP Global Solution Center (Dalian), provide technical support of commercial desktops to HP key corporate clients via telephone to remotely resolve technical problems and maintain customer satisfaction, purely English speaking on the daily basis. (Night shift due to jet lag between China and the US)
