I am an intuitive, creative problem solver with high standards of craftsmanship, strong design sensibility, with a technical rigor and a passion for experimentation and the design and construction process.Professional Experience | I am a CSLB licensed “B” general building contractor with “hands on” experience in residential design and construction. I also have more than 16 years of experience in Architecture, in a full range of projects, including: Residential, Commercial, Academic, Public|Civic, Light Rail Transit, K-12 Education | DSA, Interiors, Research, Student Housing and extensive experience in all phases of Healthcare planning, design and construction | OSHPD. I have a strong field experience in construction administration and project management, comprising of all aspects of the day to day activities of a project, including the review, preparation, coordination and approval, for contract compliance, of all documents and construction. I have a strong working experience and knowledge coordinating, interfacing and managing multiple architects, consultants, contractors, clients and city agencies, including DSA and OSHPD.
