CurrentProject: LOG OPTIMIZER (UAO)• Automation of ad unit placements into the Log which saves approximately 732 man-hours/week and has potential to increase Linear ad revenue by 12% by reducing wasted impressions & delivering on goals.• Successfully managed and coordinated efforts between Engineering, Data Science, Product and QA teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements for the UAO platform.• Spearheaded the development and implementation of key features and integrations with Log Management tool• Enhanced UAO’s optimization algorithms to maximize ad placements for highest revenue, and most ad placements, minimizing liabilities (by not meeting contractual impression requirements). • Pacing and Forecasting. Helped integration effort for forecasted impression data and linking it with data for already aired ad units to determining its “pacing”. This feature has potential to save almost $140M in underdeliveries and over $137M in wasted impressions. Project: AUTOMATED INGEST ORDERS • Lead multi-disciplinary team of 6 members to design, develop and launched “Automated Ingest Orders” (aIO), an automated Direct Response (DR) order processing system that streamlines and tightly integrates into existing legacy systems (OnAir and Universal Workspace). Processed over $1.8M in Order volume in the first 4 months with launch partner.• Designed & managed development & launch of aIO v2.0 to add support for processing of Programmatic Orders. • Worked with Product to develop strategic insights in Order Processing to inform new features and then drove development of new features, updates and bug fixes. • Managed development and deployment of security update for Dynamic Pricing and its ongoing maintenance.
