Luxor Electronics was purchased by Nokia Audio & Electronics in 1993. In 1995 Autoliv purchased the car electronics development and production (e.g. airbag ECU:s) and incorporated it into the Autoliv Electronics company. The development and production of loudspeakers was purchased by the Harman Kardon company.
