• Manages Threat Analysis and Intelligence program analyzing customer data using both open source and proprietary solutions, threat hunting methodologies, open and closed source threat intelligence, knowledge of current and emerging cyber threats, and network attack techniques, to find instances of malware, data theft, and unauthorized intrusion on customers’ networks. Developed threat rating scoring system based on type of threat, results of analysis and level of business risk. Works with customers to refine and enhance security controls to align with business processes and security posture.• Researched adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) using and tools such as malware repositories, Passive DNS, Domain Whois, VirusTotal, APT Group reports, cybersecurity blogs and IOC’s from reverse engineered malware and DGA's, applying the knowledge gained from this research to inform threat hunting methodology.

• Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating five-day certification courses for CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+, and various Windows 7 certifications. Duties include LMS administration, grade assignment, attendance, coursework, and tutoring. • Prepared curriculum including electronic courseware, slide presentations, virtual labs/machines, and hands-on activities covering the fundamental principles of network design, installation and security, networking protocols, desktop support and maintenance, as well as network and workstation optimization. Students include employees of organizations such as Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, the US Air Force, the US Army, EPA, Defense Language Institute, Dell, and Dish Network.• Maintains an average score of 8.68 out of 9.00 on the Metrics That Matter (MTM) student survey while conducting face-to-face and web-based technical training classes ranging in size from five to twenty students.

• As School Director, responsible for administration, reporting, and compliance of the New Horizons Consumer Learning Center of DFW IT training school. As Site Manager, responsible for all aspects of administration, IT management and services, desktop support, P&L responsibilities, training management, LMS administration, instructor scheduling, processing bonus requests and expense reports, purchase order approval, and vendor management, all while meeting and exceeding stated profitability goals.• Overseas the creation, updating, troubleshooting, and deployment of workstation images/virtual machines for training delivery using Ghostcast Server and WDS, as well as configuring computer software applications for classroom training requirements.• Performs employee workstation and VoIP phone deployment processing, installation, and configuration for new hires. Monitors onsite Windows servers including SQL, Domain Controllers, and File & Print servers. Works to resolve Help Desk tickets generated by local end users. Configure, create, lock/unlock user email accounts in Active Directory. Use virus protection software, daily backup procedures, and other tools to safeguard documents and company records.

• Responsible for the performance of all aspects of training coordination and scheduling of the Mission Training Complex-Hawaii (the largest military training facility in the Asia-Pacific Region). Served as the principle point of contact for Requests for Training (RFTs), scheduling, coordination, and implementation of both large and small-scale training events, assets, and resources which includes classified and non-classified exercises, seminars, conferences, and classes.• Coordinated the training of over 40,000 personnel during my tenure, which includes 14,700 personnel over the last year, a 66% increase from the previous year.• Collaborated with IT Professionals, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Learning System Specialists, Instructional Designers, and regional training staff to meet training goals within the Mission Training Complex-Hawaii

• Trained hundreds of US Navy sailors, spouses, and family members, using slideshows and oral presentations on topics such as deployment support, relocation assistance, life skills education, career planning, family employment, financial practices, and child and domestic abuse awareness and prevention.• Coordinated, staffed, and conducted an at-sea Return and Reunion training program onboard two separate Navy vessels for over 300 Sailors in a classroom environment, teaching nearly fifty classes.• Oversaw the successful migration of the FFSC’s entire, fully populated, 2008 classroom calendar from Microsoft Office Outlook to a newly designed SharePoint web-portal in only four days.

• Planned, staffed, budgeted, and directed the delivery of a competency-based curriculum that focuses students on functional life skills, decision-making, critical thinking, the improvement of reading and math skills, and community service.• Graduated 340 students during life of program with a 95% completion rate.• Managed a staff of 3 teachers, 3 assistant teachers, and 1 assistant manager with full responsibility for their work schedules, payroll, budgeting, expense reporting and day-to-day delivery of curriculum.• Conducted case management services on each program participant which includes writing numerous comprehensive counseling reports as well as Individual Service Strategy packets which link students with outside supportive services.

• Managed the training and qualification status of 326 assigned and augmented personnel from different branches of the Armed Forces for one year while deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan while assigned as the Company Training NCO.• Led a workforce of as many as 4 subordinate managers and 19 workers at one time with full responsibility for their work assignments, scheduling, performance review, disciplinary action, long-term career planning, development and promotion while assigned as a Platoon Sergeant.• Coached, mentored, and guided over 50 junior grade workers in the development of individual skills, self-assessment and the pursuit of higher education.• Completed the Total Army Instructor Training Course and the Small Group Leader Course which teaches the fundamentals of public speaking which includes clear, concise, logical, informative, and persuasive communication of ideas. • Conducted slideshow presentations and oral briefings for weekly training meetings with the Commander and company staff detailing the current status and training requirements of all assigned personnel.
