Leading the end-to-end delivery of digital projects across website, mobile site and mobile apps.Implementing and improving a working agile (scrum) development model within the organization across development, marketing and operations teams.Awards - World Travel Award - World's leading hotel comparison website 2015Key Initiatives:-Transactional e-mail re-targeting platform. Delivered the capability for Hotels Combined to send transactional emails that enables the website to automatically respond to event/actions users perform on the site to keep them engaged through the booking process. -Direct booking e-commerce platform. Hotels Combined is a metasearch of Hotel sites and had never previously taken care of payments within the booking flow. Introducing a direct booking e-commerce capability enables the website to control the user journey through booking flow and optimize it to improve conversion rates.-Rebrand of the website and all assets: Early 2015 the company undertook a re-branding exercise that completely changed the look of the site and other assets, such as its mobile apps.-User Account platform: Delivered the User Account platform that enables users to sign into the site and access member only deals.-Manage experiment delivery flow:Managed and executed countless experiments on the site that enabled the product team to make strategic decisions based on data driven evidence.

Responsible for the delivery of:- Telstra’s online digital Identity platform. Identity is a strategic platform responsible for the credential management of 20+ million online user accounts. Key responsibilities were to lead 2 application development teams as a Project manager, Agile coach and Team lead.- Australia Post Digital Mailbox integration with Telstra, allowing users to receive and pay Telstra bills within the Australia Post portal.- Enabling the federation of Telstra's Identity to be used by sites such as http://nrl.com and http://afl.com.au as the foundation of their subscription platform delivering video content direct to users.- Customer Support Representative Toolkit allowing authorised call center operators the ability to manage the credential of user accounts.

Responsible for implementing a working agile/scrum development model with the development team.Working with the product team to develop a product road map that can be iteratively developed during fortnightly sprints. Implemented the automation test suite that carsguide.com.au now use for its regression testing across its main site and mobile platforms. Technologies used to implement the test suite are Selenium/TestNG/Java/Jenkins.
