Develop/Characterize patterning of thin film deposition. - Antireflection and High reflection coating in UV, visible, & near IR spectral ranges. - Pressure vapor deposition, spin coating, and sputter.Create workflows and production protocols for varying vacuum chambers.Research and develop production processes for ITO deposition. - Maintain documentation of data.Mask/Pattern, develop, and etch on glass substrates. - Use/Maintain Oriel lithography station, photoresist, and wet bench.Adhere to ISO 9001 and 5S standards.

Support UPS operations with hardware and software services, in-person and remotely (ServiceNow), including:- Deploying/Migrating servers and workstations.- Configuring data collection devices, wifi/rfid, & single/multi-function thermal label printers.- Build automated scale Interfaces.- Configure/Manage network components (Switches, Cradle Points, & Bridges).- Disaster recovery and backup management.- Maintain internal UPS documentation.- Monitor health of operations utilizing Linux systems.Set up and train external clients on using UPS proprietary software:- WorldShip/CampusShipProjects completed include:- PC Lifecycle: Building/Provisioning hundreds of unique workstations.- VoIP (Avaya): Coordinating with LEC to convert POTS sites.- RFID Technology Installation/Conversion
