The global market and competition of today are in a constant upheaval and therefore change management, as well as the ability to react are very crucial to business continuity. One of my objectives was to help customers meet their challenges and to realize their full business potential. Pricing and customer negotiations played also a big role in my position. I increased the overall efficiency and productivity by clarifying responsibilities and objectives, open communication and creating a constructive and supportive atmosphere. Quarterly based financial management with tight reporting, internal audits and continues improvements (LEAN) became daily routines. I managed to run the Salo plant profitably in + 10 years during very changing and challenging circumstances. This required a very goal-oriented leadership, determination and a realistic understanding of the economic factors.
