Operation Manager
Current- Monitor Mainland China office daily operations, including technical, workshop, sales, logistics and procurement;
- Investigate and eliminate potential safety risks on daily operation, Implement safety first message to the company;
- Participate in sales activities includes sales meeting/presentation, site-visit,sampling/mockup arrangement, quotation/order processing, documentationpreparation etc;
- Project management, project planning and scheduling, design, drawing development and anticipate scope of work, onsite installation/disassembly, project reports etc;
- Provide guidance and mentoring to subordinates and evaluate staff performance;
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to provide technical support and engage introubleshooting if required;
