Amplifying Voices equips communities with media tools, to get people talking, listening and taking action, to improve local health, wellbeing, and resilience. As a team of Associates we all do strategic planning, organisational development, and marketing, alongside programme management, facilitating community consultations, media workshops and participatory research. I love the variety and the constant learning. I love the challenges and sense of purpose in developing a lean and agile organisation, dedicated to our faith-inspired vision of communities living life in all its fullness, free from poverty, injustice and conflict. I love the inspirational partners we work alongside and the people in their communities who are ready to take risks, speak out and yet listen to others in order to make change happen. We feel driven to see people recover from crisis, restore peace and overcome disadvantage. We harness that drive, working as enablers and facilitators to honour the inherent strengths and dignity of people in all circumstances.
