As a Property Manager/Realtor, I have managed all aspects of income-producing properties,including sales, for the last 10 years.For my first project, I managed a portfolio of 114 residential rentals and added 66 new doors to ourbook of business by the end of first year. In my time with the project, I was instrumental inhelping the company grow, achieving new levels in all of their hiring and training needs, such asLeasing Agents, Field Agents, Maintenance Managers, Property Managers, and AssistantProperty Managers.Since that time the company has grown to 600 accounts, ranging from single and multi-familyunits to commercial HOA-serviced accounts in Utah and Salt Lake counties.The newest project I’ve worked on is a newly constructed 468-unit garden village apartments lease-up.
