Managed large database of West Coast clients purchasing high quality custom tents, backdrops, flags and other event marketing products. Handled intake and manage account from inception through delivery, while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of services. Was responsible for shipping products to clients, including running and organizing large warehouse of goods. Clients included Subway, Cracker Barrel and #pinknation.

Monitored StubHub’s Viewed Fraud Loss prevention program, which recouped $30K/week on average. Helped manage Owned Inventory of tickets, and would designate orders as either subject to wholesale, charity donation, or for employee/business use. Chose and called customers for StubHub’s loyalty program, which would provide top buyers with seat upgrades, or experiences such a “first pitch” at a MLB game or field passes for a NCAA event. Trained 2 newer employees on how to do all of the above.
