So what have we done together you could see in czech TV and some of them in International channels. I'm getting involved in Popojedem community which is a wonderful group of people around Jan Chramosta and Janek Cingroš and we are creating content for the nonprofit sector And shooting 48hour projects. Popojedem is formed by actors, cameramans, musicians and plenty of other artists. Creative collective indeed where everyone open minded with open heart feels like home. These new friendships and colleagues show me that quality work matters, that you can work in the most lovely environment and still achieve greatness in craft. I shooted some short films and we won a 48 hour film project in Prague and then we win Main prize in Filmapalooza in Rotterdam 2020 with the short film Good Catch.So that all worked until the pandemy showed up. Clients saving money and advertising business are frozen, at least in video production. Lucky me I get back to postproduction and traveling around Czech republic to help with visualizations and digital projects for museums. Holograms and new technologies always attract my attention so I was enjoying the work even though it was in the middle of covid pandemia.

I met a great artist and musician Dan Reed who asked me to help him shoot 3 music videos which he planned as one story. And we did so in August 2020 and it became totally the best project I worked on all the time. It's still in progress So stay tuned ;)

What a coincidence It was when one of my colleagues from commercials invited me to the film industry on its highest level. I was able to see the Hollywood set. It's not a secret that our film craft in czech republic Is on an international level and most of the world's productions are shooting here in Prague. So this was my first experience and it was no one smaller than Disneys and Marvel's "Falcon And Winter Soldier" where I can be all over the set and production. As a silent observer I was able to see how Hollywood magic works. And then It was Netflix and Lionsgate and Netflix again and Disney again…

2017 and the worst job of that year, kinda carpool karaoke mixed with TV review, where Im meeting young looking director Jan Chramosta.Im working there as a camera guy, they needed someone who can manage five GoPros in a car during driving and as a man of many talents I agreed to do it. One night after shooting I mentioned I'm doing production as well. Jan introduced me to a producer and we're doing a project for czech banking company which ends with a successful 2-day shooting. Since then we have been shooting TV commercials together in Softpillow production and myself in a position of production manager.

In 2014 I became Striker, a small digital agency where I started to work with my friends. I thought I had some skills in graphics… then I really start learning and from 1 year as a project assistant I moved to graphic design. Banners, clients campaigns and website assets became my daily bread. Another year of working hard and learning even harder. I get familiar with Adobe Suite and After Effects really opened my eyes. I was used to edit in Premiere Pro since I was 15 years old, when we did a couple of skate videos but AE was the real deal and it merges my experience from Autodesk Maya and Premiere Pro. This starts my 3rd year in an agency in digital production. We have been developing stuff for Asahi and one of our clients was Kopparberg, Sweden cider. We did 2 online spots for them inbetween a year and I got to the path of my future life. Video production 101 in the real world, anything can go wrong, the client doesn't know what he wants and everything is your responsibility. And I never feel more alive than on set. Magic happens.Agency live Is not easy and after a couple of tries to keep it alive we have to shut it down. I will never forget how much I own it and especially Luboš who was my boss and lecturer all the time on Striker and always wanted the best from us.

As an assistent of production I have to solve many tasks of daily routine. Like communication with members, developers and clients.
