I am an Associate Professor of Finance at FAAP and also teach Finance at ESEG, with a well-established career in both academia and industry. I hold a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from FECAP, as well as a Ph.D. in Finance from Mackenzie University, where my research has consistently centered on core finance topics.Throughout my career, I have served as a consultant on projects involving corporate finance, cryptocurrency exchanges, OTC markets, business plan development, and financial modeling. Additionally, I have extensive experience designing and coordinating training programs for companies in the financial, retail, and service sectors. My consulting work also includes collaborative research initiatives focused on capital structure, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies, specifically targeted toward companies in Latin America.My research interests include corporate finance, financial services, and cryptocurrency. I serve as an ad-hoc reviewer for several finance journals and conferences and was honored with a Best Finance Paper Award at EnAnpad, Latin America's largest business conference, in 2021. I have also contributed to major Brazilian media outlets, including UOL, Folha de São Paulo, Estadão, Globo, and Record, on a variety of finance topics.Since 2018, I have volunteered as a Faculty Advisor for the CFA Institute and as an Advisor for FAAP's Capital Markets League and FAAP Jr. In addition, I teach courses in Corporate Finance, Investments, Valuation, and M&A in undergraduate programs. I have received financial grants and scholarships from FECAP, Mackenzie, CAPES, and CNPq.
