Customer focused and service orientation on all interactions.Provide reactive and proactive support and training to Agency's user base. Accurately document both issue/request and associate resolutions.Provide timely and concise updates to IT Manager on any trends or critical issues.Adhere to IT Standard Operating procedures, including regular IT activities.Assure full utilization of network and telecom resources by end user.Support enterprise computing standards and policies are being adhered to.Ability to work responsibly with or without supervision.
