I hold certifications in interviewing, retaining, and recruiting high potentials and veterans, and recently earned my Career Coach and Executive Coach certification.In my current role, I wear two hats. Hire Up functions as the Wheels Up Pilot Hiring team, where I serve as the organization’s Pilot Talent Sourcer. Under the Hire Up umbrella, I am the Talent Sourcing Partner. To clarify, Hire Up and Wheels Up are distinct entities. Hire Up is a separate line of business from Wheels Up, sourcing both pilot and non-pilot talent for external clients in the Part 91/135 world.Previously, at Delta Air Lines, I managed the full-cycle recruitment for Simulator Instructors and Line Check Pilots. My passion lies in creating a positive and inclusive culture for aviation professionals, constantly learning new technologies and best practices in talent acquisition. A colleague once described me as a “fixer”—adaptable to change and seamlessly integrating into various business areas. My expertise spans over a decade and goes beyond talent acquisitions, encompassing pilot hiring, human resources, payroll, pilot training, crew resources, process management, and systems integration, particularly in transition management.At Envoy Air, I transitioned payroll solutions from Legacy AA internal SAP to ADP Payroll within a year. At American Airlines, I merged system seniority for all crewmembers, transitioning pilots and flight attendants into American’s end-state crew system (FOS/DECS).Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple aviation industry lines of business, equipping me with a unique and adaptable skill set. My leadership qualities enable me to see the big picture and drive the organization forward.
