His focus during the role was to drive sales with and sales through business partners, and enablement for the business partners in Smarter Care and Smarter Cities solutions. Prior to that role, he was the Collaboration Solution Architect Lead for IBM Lotus, Asia Pacific, where he led the pre-sales and architects in progressing sales opportunities within customer experience and social business area.Before joining IBM SWG, he was a project manager and team leader for IBM GBS, with 2 years of experience in banking industry where he led the Testing Team and Production Support Team for the largest Internet Banking project in Australia.
