CurrentAs Chief Marketing Officer of Avenue Z, I guide our team to success by blending creativity and forward-thinking innovation to deliver cutting-edge campaigns for our clients that incorporate emerging technologies such as Web3, Generative AI, and Web XR.My key responsibilities in this role include: • Demand Generation: Execute demand generation tactics for the company to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and full-funnel growth strategies.• Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of 80+ digital marketing professionals, including strategists, creatives, analysts, and developers, leading them to success by setting KPIs, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative culture.• Technology & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies that drive innovation and productivity, giving ourselves and our clients a competitive edge.• Digital Strategy Development: Work closely with our production team to identify growth opportunities, evaluate digital trends and technologies, and set clear goals for ourselves and our clients.• UX & Customer Journey Development: Collaborate with our creative and CRO team to build intuitive, seamless user experiences, effective conversion funnels, and personalized customer journeys.• Digital Innovation: Driving digital innovation for our agency network through new and emerging technologies for our clients and organization.
