CurrentDrive growth of The Mobile Shop business by achieving sales, profitability and ensuring operational excellence at all levels.Lead a best-in-class wireless sales operation ensuring the end-to end customer experience is excellent.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop sales strategies, growth plans and programs that deliver sustained performance and profit objectives.Develop and support initiatives designed to increase employee engagement, and improve recruitment and retention experience.Contribute to and implement programs designed to increase employee capability across all storesIdentify, develop and retain top talent, and inspire highly effective leadership teams.Accountable for the overall engagement, productivity, turnover and bench strength of the team.Promote and support a culture of accountability, authenticity, and collaboration within The Mobile Shop and with their counterparts within Loblaw stores.
