As a psychology major, I have developed strong skills in people and project management, communication, and problem-solving. I have also gained extensive experience in sales and marketing, marketing research, situational and cultural therapy, merchandising, perception and insight, and graphic design in my previous roles as a manager in hospitality, where I led multiple projects and increased customer satisfaction and retention rates.
