Graduate Student Researcher
Collaborated with the artist Attila Richard Lukacs to produce the first piece of substantive historical scholarship on his infamous career as Canada’s “bad boy artist.” Perfomed extensive archival research, documented oral histories, and produced a monographic thesis. Received $15,000 in research funding from competitive university awards.

Served as a research assistant to Dr. Jonathan D. Katz in the History of Art & Queer Studies. Collaborated with Dr. Katz on the groundbreaking exhibition “The First Homosexuals,” the world’s first comprehensive global survey of late 19th and early 20th century queer art produced after the term “homosexual” was coined in 1869.
