1. Take part in Volvo China JV/Japan UD project to deliver aftermarket business solutions’ implementation.2. Business scope is Workshop management, Spare parts and logistic, Retail solutions and integration, Quality and warranty.3. Develop and design the business process for new market in aftermarket domain.4. Collect and analyze Marketing Company and dealer user’s request. Implement Volvo solution to JV and their Dealers.5. Understand the business & system knowledge and train dealer users and key users on responsible area.6. Visit dealer and collect feedback and business/system gap, analyze the problem and send Change request. 7. Implement general Volvo business process to new market and new dealers, define KPI and monitor, track the dealer operation standard. 8. Gap analyze between projects goals and existing business processes. Cooperate with key users, business stakeholders and business analysts to clarify business cases with technical solution.

Beijing

1.Gather system request and incident via phone and emails from dealers and market company users. 2.Face to dealers and market company users from Truck, Bus and Volvo Construction Equipment. And totally support over 30 applications.3.Participate roll-out project of applications and system, and main support of after roll-out. Work with PM to communicate with dealers to find out needed and requests and provide potential solutions. 4.Visit dealers and communicate with them and get some feedback on their daily work 5.Support business process as well, for a instance claim, stock adjustment, Goods receiving and service contact etc. 6.Assist line manager to ensure a high level of service performance and customer satisfactions.7.Ensure all the support process and procedures are followed by team members. 8.Take in cases and handle escalated end user issues as needed. Communicate with other support team to get prompt support. Attend, follow up and resolve end users complaints and questions. 9.Track cases status and produce weekly report to the manager. 10.Mentor and lead team members in developing technical skills and improve business skill11.Working shift and working hour arrangement.
