- Recruit, source and pipeline nationwide Senior Supply Chain Executives.- Act as talent advisor by partnering with leaders and HR business partners on national executive level recruitment needs in the Supply Chain organization.- Establish close and trusting client relationships by educating hiring managers on market trends, acting as a consultant throughout the hiring process and providing meaningful feedback to assist in the final selection process.- Coach leadership on offers by providing compensation market data.- Heavy sourcing and networking via LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Recruit Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Legal, and Aviation talent for Global Headquarters and remote/field positions in fast paced environment.- Partner with leaders on recruitment needs across various levels in the organization.- Manage and own recruiting process from candidate sourcing through identification, interviewing, selection, offer presentation, negotiation and close.- Facilitate Collaboration Meetings post interview with hiring manager, interview panel and divisional VPs (for manager and above roles).- Implement and document process improvements as active team member of Workday Continuous Improvement project.- Train and mentor new team members.- Maintain applicant tracking documentation through each phase of the recruitment process in Taleo and Workday.-Assess candidates and generate a pipeline for a variety of concurrent searches using a diverse set of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.- Design business reports to capture key staffing metrics for internal clients.- Establish close and trusting client relationships by educating the client and providing advice on market trends, acting as a consultant throughout the hiring process and providing meaningful feedback to assist in the final selection process.- Interact and consult independently with senior management.
