Leading Precina Health, our mission is to curb the global rise of chronic diseases by enhancing patient adherence and simplifying healthcare management.In one example, no widely applicable clinical protocol has emerged that leads to consistent patient adherence to support glycemic control while improving insulin resistance. Precina has developed a series of protocols designed to attain glycemic control in T2DM patients. In clinic-based observations, Precina demonstrated that 49 of 50 T2MD patients experienced measurable improvements in glycemic control and A1C levels (avg. 9.6% to 6.4%) in a 12-week period with continued control for 83% of them at 2 years with no hospitalizations or complications related to diabetes. These protocols were specifically developed to support patients and providers in low-income and rural communities while maintaining utility in other clinical environments.
