Responsible for the primary daily interface with the customer and consultants, full execution schedule, while handling the oversight of the matrix project team's disciplines. These primary duties were: * Teams of CAD/mechanical design, engineering sizing and equipment selections, electricals/controls/automation, procurement, and QC * Adherence to and assessment of variances and compliances across: customer specifications, equipment proposal & offerings, and codes. * Master schedule updating, adjusting to schedule targets and deviations, and with our own manufacturing timelines. * Monitoring and assuring meeting the expected/budgeted margin, and adjustments when necessary * Targeting increased margin goals with extra revenue via change orders.

Alike to JCI, this was a business sector involving Building Energy Efficient improvements for secondary education of 18schools, $25MM improvements in the Milwaukee Public Schools System(MPSS).Temporary assignment to oversee the preparations and execution of the Trane equipment selection and subcontractors' bids/assessments/awards for their specialties to meet our budget and fast-track schedule over a 2yr duration within 18 schools to upgrade building utilities and to meet projected payback cycles for energy improvements for HVAC equipment, full lighting & acoustics, auditorium aesthetics, etc. Duties involved: * Meetings with MPSS Administration often, school principals and staff, and subcontractors to assess detailed specifications and compliance in bids and work plans. * Schedule review with the lead scheduler and adjustments per the ever-changing school schedules to condense tasks into summer time and off-school hours. * Reporting to executive management on progress * Personal walk-throughs and detailed inspections of existing conditions to evaluate each school's tasks per offered upgrades to meet the energy payback models.

Managed internal and external technical teams and support staff while directly interfacing with site contractors, owners, and consultant engineers to execute the refurbish/upgrade of mechanical and electrical components of functioning municipal water treatment plants. In addition, performed the similar tasks, but for a more extensive scope inclusive of SCADA, I&C, programming, and more for an extraordinarily large project; i.e. $8MM+, on-line conversion expansion for 30MMgpd water output at Highland Park, IL water plant along Lake Michigan, adding over 125%+ capacity• Typical municipal projects’ required shipment durations which were too short causing common long delays. Yet, performed 85% on-time and the balance with no complaints or site disruptions. Worked on 12-17 projects simultaneously.• Full 12mth pilot test mandated by IL EPA to assure results on stringent membrane water quality and biological conditions. With careful managing of teams and bi-weekly reporting data to the IEPA, I was able to obtain satisfactory completion and IEPA premature approval in only 3.5mths, i.e. saving hundreds of thousands of costs and direct to added profitability• With close monitoring of the water plant needs and assessing closely of commercial contract, guided team to produce an additional $350k( 15%+) to the bottom line margin.
