Leaving the corporate world of a large franchise and creating my own team office under the Broker License of Allison James Estates and Homes. I developed a team of 5 Buyer Agents, 2 Admin Staff members and a field services crew to take care of my REO Listings in the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley.In the year 2009 - my last year of full time real estate (until 2013) activity, my team and I closed 112 REO Transactions - representing both buyers and my asset company sellers. It was a great year and a great experience.Perhaps the highlight was having my own Branch Office in a newer shopping center - next door to Starbucks.As the REO Listing Agent, I was responsible for every aspect of the assignment. I had a great team to rely on who time and time again went out of their way to make me look good to my Asset Managers, my Buyers, my Investors and to the local agents I did business with.Life is Good when you know who is in charge. I headed the REO Team at a small boutique brokers in the Hemet San jacinto Valley. They remain an aggressive real estate marketing machines (which is why I choose not to give them any more Google juice then I have to). Along with my personal business, I had been entrusted with nearly 50 bank owned (REO) properties for liquidation. As a team, we rocked...by doing a great job for our bank clients we ended up doing a great job for our buyers - often providing them with the inside scoop on great deals before they ever hit the MLS and Internet. My clients always enjoy taking advantage of the benefit of the "inside" scoop, and make better purchases as a result.
