As an Inventory Planner at Proterra Inc, I enjoy the unique challenges of today's supply chains, material/demand planning, and operations finding ways to overcome them. With my previous organization: increasing forward stock order fulfillment rate from 9.19% to 84.01% within 14 months, expanding forward stocking hubs nationwide from 10 to 45 in 10 months, and driving transit costs down while increasing load capacity. I achieved these results by coordinating with a large technology company in the development of an AI Inventory Placement Program, formulating new urgency and demand reporting, and developing a shipping matrix using past load costs, distance, and day of week requested delivery.
